South Midlands Orienteering Club (SMOC) was founded in 1986 and has around 100 members living mostly in the Milton Keynes / Bedford / Luton area of the United Kingdom.

The Club is affiliated to the British Orienteering Federation ( BOF) and the East Anglian Orienteering Association (EAOA).
