| In order to encourage publication of orienteering related articles in the local press some license has been taken with the clubs name, The name used is that to reflect the local paper to which the article is submitted. I.e. Bedford Orienteers - Bedford on Sunday, Buckingham Orienteers - The Buckingham & Winslow Advertiser, Milton Keynes Orienteers - The MK Citizen, Northampton Orienteers - Chronicle & Echo. Having said that relevant village / district names are mentioned in the appropriate paper against the person concerned. | |||
