This will be an entry-on-the-day only event. Entry fees are £5 per entry, either individual or group. There will be a £2 discount for members of orienteering clubs. Extra maps will be £2 each.

We will accept card payment or cash.

Location and Parking

Parking will be at the Cornwalls Meadow car park (MK18 1RP) which is free on Sundays.

Once parked, cross the bridge at the north east corner of the carpark to find Assembly/Start.

Times

Start times will be between 10.00am and 12.00am, apart from the Run course - please start before 11:30.

Courses close at 13:30. As always, report to the finish even if you retire.

Courses

Amble About 2.7km. Not very difficult. No road crossings, suitable for orienteers of all ages.
Trot About 3.2km. Moderately difficult. Minor road crossings, not suitable for unaccompanied under 16s
Run About 5.3km. Moderately difficult. Minor road crossings, not suitable for unaccompanied under 16s

The Amble is virtually all in the park itself, with no need to cross any roads. Trot and Run courses are a mix of park and town running and are thus not suitable for unaccompanied under 16s.
